2010 ELECTION DATES 

Election dates for City offices in 2010 are as follows: 

PRIMARY ELECTION 
 Tuesday, August 10, 2010

A municipal primary election for a City office is only required if more than two candidates file for the same City office.

Three candidates filed for Council Member At-Large.  Therefore a primary election is necessary.

Veronica Jacobsen
Sue Sandahl

The names of the candidates with the two highest vote totals in the Municipal Primary Election will then be placed on the General Election ballot. Only two candidates filed for Mayor (no primary is necessary).
